Gino’s Coffee Bar Review, Marylebone

Working in the city means lunch times can be a chore, just the thought of leaving your office chair to pop out to the shops leaves me…*sighing*.

Although working around the Baker Street and Marylebone area means there are a vast amount of cafes, restaurants and bars to choose from and seeing how the British weather hasn’t been to our advantage this year, staying close to the office is ideal.

Just a 3 minute walk away we have Gino’s Coffee Bar in the corner of Melcombe Place and Great Central Street, right opposite Marylebone Station where you can choose to sit in or grab a take away.

This friendly cafe is run by an Italian family and the charming owner has quite a resemblance to Mario and Luigi. From homemade minestrone soup to freshly made sandwiches and hot meals made daily, the choices are endless.

My favourite has to their huge jacket potatoes with a topping of cheese and beans, served with a yummy side coleslaw all for £3.65.
