Having heard so much about The Breakfast Club from my colleague, I was delighted to hear that they were opening a new branch in London Bridge. The great part was that my colleague got us opening tickets, which meant that we got our meals for half the price! Who doesn’t love a bargain!
So during the opening week, we headed towards London Bridge for lunch. We were all very excited and even checked the menu online before.
Once we found the restaurant, we were greeted by a member of staff who took us to our table to be seated. The interior is cool and funky, with a 60 and 70’s vibe, the decor was unique too like the pineapple lampshades and a very retro hanging eggs chandelier.

We started off my ordering some drinks couple of decided on the fresh Apple Juice (£4.00) which I must say was lovely.

We then went onto to order our lunch this included: ‘When Haloumi Met Salad Wrap’ which was a grilled haloumi, sunblush tomatoes, houmous, spinach and balsamic in a tortilla wrap (£8.50). ‘The All American’ which included pancakes, sausages, eggs, fried potatoes and streaky bacon with maple syrup (£10.50). ‘Bacon and Banana French Toast’ (£7.90) and I selected the ‘Veggie Breakfast Burrito’ which included, scrambled egg, mushrooms, roasted peppers, guacamole, cheddar with a spicy pepper sauce (£8.50).

The food arrived very quickly which was good as we were all so hungry, and it was delicious. Even my simple veggie breakfast burrito oozed great taste and very satisfying. The Breakfast Club lives up to its hype and I’m glad the new branch is just around the corner from my work place, I will definitely make another trip to try out the pancakes!
